Return & Exchanges
It’s our sincerest hope that your order from offscent delights you and your recipient. If however you are not satisfied with your offscent order and you’d like to return product, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the order number within 7 days after receipt of order.
For all prepaid orders, we are able to offer a refund on the original mode of payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within up to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank and if it’s still not arrived, you can contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Currently, we are not able to offer an exchange service. Instead, all products should follow the return process first, and then a new order can be placed.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase; refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
